Pack your Pilates II
A 20 minute Pilates session for you to pack with you for your holidays, travels or when you want a Pilates practice anywhere you may be. It can be combined with a pack your Pilates I to make a longer session or is a complete practice on its own. Each session begins and finishes standing, and that can also be the linking point for the 2 session which can be done in any order.

Pack your Pilates I
A 20 minute Pilates practice to “pack” when you go on holiday or your travels so you can still do your Pilates practice. It can be combined with Pack your Pilates II to make a 40 minute session. Each session begins and ends standing so you can step off your mat with ease sad vitality. This standing movement allows the connection point for the 2 pack your Pilates sessions .
