Each Sanctuary Sunday has both familiar aspects – pilates, relaxation, time to jot or journal, homemade refreshments, welcome fresh juice, take home gift; and then something a little different guided by the word for that one.

These seasonal sanctuaries are generally half way between each equinox and solstice, drawing on the seasons energies and a guiding word to inspire the exact content for each one.
